The client wanted to move their Retail Parts Distribution Centre to a new warehouse. This warehouse wasn’t large enough to fit all the parts into. In order to optimize the space that they had, we built a mezzanine floor as well as increased the height of the racking on the ground floor (allowing more packing levels). All of this has allowed them with room for approximately 30% growth. Pandae also assisted in their move to the new premises including the breaking down and re-installation of their existing racking.
