The client required us to assist them in optimizing their existing rosslyn warehouse and they managed to gain around 35% space through the optimization exercise. We reconfigured each profile, reduced their aisles widths, increased total number of packing levels and also introduced FIFO (first in First out) with our Metalsistem Carton flow racks.
